Property Cleaning services
Ensure your properties are always guest-ready with our professional general or change over cleaning services. We cover everything maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation to the tiny details for every arrival. Set cleaning prices per property starting from €35+IVA.
Deep or specialist/ after-construction cleaning services also available and prices start from €18.50+IVA per person, per hour.
Maintenance solutions
From scheduled maintenance to emergency small repairs, our experienced team handles the usual aspects of general property maintenance. We ensure your properties remain in optimal condition, minimising downtime and maximising guest comfort.

Boat/ Yacht Cleaning
Streamline your guest operations with our dedicated cleaning team, efficient, detailed and ontime. €18.50ph +IVA products and machines included.

Laundry Services
At Olimpio Group we are in partnership with professional grade laundry services for linnen and towels we offer storage or delivery also and all of this service for €2.50 +IVA per kilo.
